It was comfortable and unbeatable right on the beach. Plus it was very close to all the lovely restaurants, a lovely quiet area, and interesting cafés, pubs and restaurants.

It's a pity but the bathroom was tiny.

This apartment is conveniently located near a variety of attractions, including national trust and English heritage sites. Guests can also take a short drive to Pevensey Bay for a peaceful coastal experience. the apartment itself is beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. the garden offers a peaceful retreat, perfect for relaxing outdoors. the hosts are quick to respond and provide friendly service.

Some guests have reported a slight issue with a sewer smell and humidity in the apartment, which can be uncomfortable.

It was perfect in general: warm room, UNBEATABLE location very close to restaurants, the sea or shops and the sea front.

Stayed here with my husband, everything was great. A microwave, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher were available for cooking. It was located in a lovely quiet area short walk to interesting cafés, pubs and restaurants, a lovely quiet area and all the lovely restaurants,.

The apartment's location was perfect, only five minutes away from all the hotspots. The beautiful garden provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. The hosts were friendly and quickly responded to our needs.

The soundproofing of the apartment could be improved, as we could occasionally hear noises from upstairs.

The whole experience met our needs, and I will definitely be returning here soon. It is a lovely place for traveling to St Leonards-on-Sea, and I was glad to stay there. I had a warm welcome from the owner. I greatly enjoyed the great location.

The apartment was also conveniently located near national trust and English heritage sites, making it perfect for exploring. we discovered a nice beach in Pevensey Bay just a little further along the coast.

There was a persistent sewer smell throughout the entire apartment, which made our stay quite unpleasant. The humidity also caused our clothes and bed sheets to feel constantly damp.

The location was perfect, just a short distance from all the hotspots, and the fact that there was parking available at the property was a bonus. That because of the time of year, it was a bit chilly, despite the ample heating provided. It would have been helpful to have curtains to complement the fitted blinds, especially during the winter months.

The apartment had a large and peaceful garden to the rear, with a sitting area, which was a perfect place to relax. The location of the apartment was ideal, with lots of interesting cafes, pubs, and restaurants within easy walking distance. there were plenty of national trust and English heritage sites nearby, making it the perfect base for exploring the area.

The only minor drawback was that the apartment, being on the ground floor, was not very soundproof. We could sometimes hear people walking and flushing the toilet from the upstairs apartment, especially during the night.

The beds were super comfy with fresh and high-quality bedding. the garden was a lovely bonus, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing. the location was great, just a short walk to the beach and the street was peaceful and quiet. a fantastic stay!

Although the apartment was well-heated, the lack of curtains made it feel a bit chilly during the colder months. It would have been nice to have some curtains to complement the blinds and keep the warmth in.

The apartment was clean, tidy, and beautifully decorated. the garden was a perfect place to relax, eat, and drink. the comfortable beds and fresh bed linen ensured a good night's sleep. the location was brilliant, close to the beach yet on a quiet road. We loved how close it was to interesting cafes, pubs, and restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the local area.

One downside is that as the apartment is on the ground floor, the soundproofing between the floors is not great. We could sometimes hear people walking and flushing the toilet in the middle of the night, which was a bit disruptive.
